Interior and Exterior Service
We provide customized visits to your home and check for any signs of intrusion, water leaks, suspicious activity, unusual odors or alarms, We check exterior, and interior and verify your home is safe and systems and appliances are running smoothly. We can check your plumbing, electrical fuse panel, toilets and verify outdoor pants are getting watered and water if needed.
If you forgot to something before you left we can handle it for you.
We take any trash, solicitations or items that may appear as you are away and store them for you.
We turn on lights in various locations to make it appear someone is home.
We immediately notify you everything is safe and send an observation report and photographs of the visit.
If something looks suspicious or damaged we report it to law enforcement and stand by until everything is secure.
Weekly or bi-monthly visits

Snow Bird Service, prior to your arrival we can adjust your temperatures, water heater setting and have it all ready for your arrival.

check all exterior doors windows are secure and inspect for damage, insect intrusion, water damage, Verify ac units functioning, remove flyers, solicitations or trash, make sure cameras or security equipment is activating, check irrigation and water if needed. Secure any deliveries or packages that may have arrived during your absence.
